  • Category 6A shielded toolless keystone jack with 180° cable entry, specified for 1 to 500 MHz shielded channel applications.
  • Compatible with S/FTP cabling when conductor construction, insulation diameter, overall cable diameter, pair-screen handling and overall-shield termination follow the approved production drawing and installation instruction.
  • T568A and T568B color-coded termination; accepts 24 AWG solid copper conductors only. CCA and CCS conductors are not accepted.
  • Zinc-alloy shield housing, flame-retardant PC insert rated UL 94 V-0 and FR-4 printed circuit board.
  • RJ45 mating contacts use nickel underplate and gold plating in the mating-contact area: 15 microinch standard; 30 or 50 microinch available as ordering options.
  • Minimum 750 RJ45 mating cycles; permitted retermination cycles and conductor-reuse limitations shall follow the released qualification report.
  • Category 6A transmission and shield-continuity performance shall be confirmed for the released PL-KE6ASTL configuration by independent component testing through 500 MHz.
  • Suitable for 10GBASE-T and IEEE 802.3 remote-powering applications only when the complete installed channel passes application, resistance-unbalance, current-carrying and thermal validation.
